Custom Product FAQs: Minimums, Lead Times & Shipping
Get answers about order minimums, customization, lead times, and U.S. shipping. For product-specific details, send us your requirements and we will review the available options.
What is your minimum order?
Minimums start at around 100 pieces and go up to thousands of retail-ready pieces. The minimum order varies by product, customization method and production needs. Request a quote to get the minimum for your product.
Can you make a custom product that isn’t on your website?
Yes. Send a photo, a sketch, a competitor’s product or just an idea. We will research sourcing and the best way to customize it, then quote it for you.
What artwork files do you need, and will I see a proof?
Send your logo as an AI, PDF or PNG file. No artwork yet? Our in-house designers can draw it by hand. When it makes sense, we prepare a mockup, proof or sample so you see exactly what will be made before you approve.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 14–21 days, depending on the product, quantity and customization method. Need it sooner? Rush is available on request. Tell us your deadline when you request a quote and we will work to hit it.
What is the difference between private label and white-label?
Private label typically allows more product customization; white label usually starts with an existing product and adds your branding. The exact options depend on the product. Agencies and resellers can also review our trade partner program.
Do you ship across the U.S.?
Yes. We ship to addresses across the United States and currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on the destination, order size and product, and we confirm them in your quote.
Do you sell blank apparel?
Yes. Blank, undecorated apparel is available for selected products. Availability, minimums, and lead times vary by item, so include the style and quantity in your quote request.
